Order Orchestration
Order orchestration is the decision layer inside an OMS that determines, for every incoming order, how it should be fulfilled: from which warehouse or store, in how many shipments, by which carrier, in which sequence, and at what promised delivery date. It applies business rules (cost, speed, inventory availability, carrier cut-off, customer tier) in real time and hands the resulting fulfilment plan to WMS, 3PL, or drop-ship partners.
Orchestration is what makes advanced patterns possible: ship-from-store, split shipments across warehouses, drop-ship overflow to suppliers, and buy-online-pick-up-in-store — all while keeping a single customer promise.
How BizBloqs relates
BizBloqs OMS orchestrates orders across all connected warehouses and 3PL partners using configurable rules, so operators can change fulfilment policy without waiting for a development cycle.
Where this leads in practice

Book a demo and we will walk your warehouse and order flow end to end — inbound, storage, picking, shipping, returns — and tell you honestly what BizBloqs would change.
Two questions about your own operation
How many of your articles sit in a pick location they empty less than once a month?
Part one: Laying out a warehouse does not start with the racking
After your last integration, how many systems hold a stock quantity for the same item? Name them.
